Something is very wrong with this business. They must have changed owners in the last few years. They only have a mechanic in the afternoons so expect any repairs to be days. I left a bike there for a week. Nobody called to tell me what was wrong. When I called, I discussed repairs and was promised it would be ready to pick up on a Tuesday. Shockingly when I went to get the bike they hadn't even replaced the chain (one of the major issues). There is no communication between the mechanic and the salesperson. She didn't know what had been communicated, didn't have a work order with what was done, and really wasn't all that concerned about my problems. I am all about trying to support local businesses, but Cycle Dynamics really did a lousy job. It was expensive, took way too long, had no communication, didn't honor their commitments, and really didn't seem all that concerned about my business. They won't have to worry about that again.

If I can give this shop a zero start I would. I brought my bike here for a tone up and there was parts of my bike missing. I went three times to the shop and showed them pictures and each time that I went to the shop they stated that they would call me but I have yet to hear from them.

The nitty gritty

They charge an arm and a leg just to see what's wrong with your bike. And the woman that was there was not very welcoming. I say no thank you to this place.

Location wise great there inventory is low, mechanic on duty to help if it's it's minor. But like all shops around ventura backlog is long.
